Verify balances and paid checks

Customers can call to check on their current balance, see what deposits have been made, and what checks have been paid on any of their personal or business accounts.

Provide copies of statements and checks for a fee

Copies of preceding months statements and corresponding check can be obtained for a research fee of $20 an hour and $5 per statement.

Make stop payments on checks

With a signed request customers can place a stop payment on any unpaid checks for a fee of $20.  The stop payment is good for 6 months.

Telephone transfers

Customers can call and transfer funds from any depositing account on which they are a signer for a fee of $5.
